The Netcong Board of Education has two open Trustee positions due to the resignation of Mrs. Catherine Gervasio and Mr David Costanzo. The Board wants to thank both former trustees for their years of dedication and service to the Netcong School community.
The Netcong Board of Education will be accepting letters of interest for any person wishing to fill either vacancy on the Board of Education. All letters must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on September 14th, 2021. The Board will interview all interested candidates at a special meeting on September 21st at 7:00 pm. All letters of interest should be submitted to Mr. Paul Stabile, Board Secretary, via email to pstabile@netcongschool.org.
The successful candidates will not be seated until they have passed the required Office of Student Protection fingerprint and background check mandated by law. The successful candidate must submit fingerprint and background checks within 30 days of being selected as a successful candidate. After successful completion of the fingerprint and background check the successful candidate will be seated at the next board meeting.
